How do I get there?
Take a Taxi: You can take a taxi from your hotel
directly to the reserve. The cost for one way fare can be $70-100 USD or more
depending on your location. Always ask the driver "how much?" before
getting into the cab. For the best going rates, ask your hotel concierge for
the current taxi rates.
Rent a Car: You can drive to the reserve. From Cancun, follow
the sign all the way to Tulum. Once in Tulum city it will be a bit harder to
find your way to the reserve area. Take a good map of the area. Taxi drivers
will know the location. It will take about 1.5 hours. See car
rental information.

Take a Bus. Along the hotel zone, the public bus to the bus
terminal is about 65 cents to ride and passes by the hotels almost very 2 minutes.
Take the RI bus to the bus terminal downtown. It's a good idea to ask the bus
driver to let you know when you get to the bus terminal and sit near the front.
At the bus terminal, buy tickets to "Tulum". Get off downtown. From
downtown, you will have to take a taxi into Boca Paila to get to the reserve.
Also, note when the bus returns and ask where you are to meet back to catch
the bus back to Cancun before you depart. The bus is airconditioned and makes
stops along the way taking about 2 hours. Bus Schedules and Ticketing Online:
