Comments: Rentadora Aguila were very good to us in spite of the fact that we put a ding in their brand new VW.    Everything was as advertised and their service was excellent.
Just wish we hadn't put that ding in the car.  Also, thank goodness we took the insurance.

Rentadora Aguila has done right by us many times on the island and we pretty much use them all of the time. Good service. Reliable vehicles.

I've never rented from anyone that sets up shop in the hotel lobbies. My worry is that there'll be a timeshare tied in with it somehow. HA! :-)

They deliver the car to the hotel or rental villa and have always been responsive to any car issues I have had.

I have found Rentadora Aguila to be the best value for my money.  I have found their Tracker rates substantially cheaper than most of the rental companies, but I suspect I might be able to save another few dollars if I really looked hard. The reason that I don't even bother trying other places is that Aguila's combination of price and service is very good.  They always give me a good price on a good car and don't hassle me when I return the car.  

With some of the other places, they treat your rental as an opportunity to charge for any nicks,scratches, dinges etc. they can find on the car when you return it.  This is in spite of the fact that know that the damage was probably on the car when they rented it to you in the first place.  In short, with most of the other rental places, expect them to try to screw you when you return the car.  If you do rent from one of the less reputable places, make sure every ding, dent and scratch (interior and exterior) is on the inspection certificate before you take posession of the car.  I believe some people actually take photos and videos of the car before they drive off.

Rentadora Aguila - I have used many times without a problem....

If I have had a problem, they are nice about exchanging the car.  They have also given me some great deals.
