General Rates:

Reservation Policies & Procedures
- To confirm reservations, 50% VISA deposit is required.
- Tours will be confirmed normally within 24 hours M-F. Reservations made during weekends and holidays may require up to 72 hours.
- Full Balance is due in person at start of tour. Payment accepted in US traveler's check or cash.
- Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the tour, refund less a cancellation fee of $25 US is applicable.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours, no refund is applicable.
- If you do not show up or miss the tour, no refund is applicable.
- Under extremely bad weather conditions, tour will be rescheduled to fit your travel dates and in the event of limit stay, a full refund will be applicable. Cancellation must be confirmed by Travelnotes or by tour operator for full refund to apply.
- Please call upon arrival in Cozumel.
