Very nice property - clean, good location, etc. Near the large
grocery store, excellent restaurant on the corner of Calle 11 and Ave. 30.
Don't be afraid to eat there.... 40 cent pork/beef/chicken tacos that
are great (pork w/ cheese is the best). The burger was delicious (even
though it wasn't anything like an american burger). They don't serve
alchohol, but are very friendly and it's so close. You'll find EXCELLENT
rotissee chicken $6.00 (comes with rice/tortillas/etc.) on Ave. 30 just past
the corner of Calle 7 (walk past the bar on the corner). I think they
begin selling around 1:00pm and when the chicken's gone they close so we went
by 4:00.
Things to know: Learn how to pronounce "calle eleven" in
spanish... it will help greatly when you need to get back via cabs.
The beautiful tile floor right outside the door of the bedroom on the patio is
deadly if you have wet feet.... just ask my hubby (2 days severe headache).
Be very careful.
If you booked this through Ron & Sherri then Pedro will be the rep
available to help you.... he is an INCREDIBLE source of information.
He has never steered us wrong and we have him stop over almost daily - call
and he's there in minutes - to answer any questions or help make arrangements.
(tip him at end of stay) I'm sure you will enjoy Casa Lucy. Let me
know if you have specific questions.
I have stayed at Casa Lucy. It's beautiful and very spacious. It
located right on Calle 11, so it's pretty easy to catch a taxi, and it is
located four blocks from the waterfront. Feel free to email me with any
other questions. I have stayed in quite a few villas during my 11 years
of going to Cozumel.
