Comments: Casa Santa Fe is a great place to stay in Cozumel!!! So much so we have stayed there twice. The duplex provided everything we needed including much needed AC. It has been known to get hot down there. The kitchen is open to the living room, where there's a TV/VCR for play back of the day's adventures. The queen size beds were a nice addition since we were use to those at home. Casa Sante Fe is just a few blocks from the grocery store, where you can buy anything you might need. Across the street is the Corpis Christi Church that faces a wonderful park where you can sit and talk with locals. The architecture around Casa Sante Fe is beautiful. Some of the houses are inspirational. We had a wonderful time exploring the island of Cozumel from our home base at Casa Santa Fe. We rented a dune buggy from Dan and drove around the island. I highly recommend it, driving around town in a dune buggy is so much fun. The sites on the far side of the island are incredible. There are very few structures so the surf is beautiful. We snorkeled at Chankanaab. You can pretty much snorkel anywhere but Chankanaab is a nature preserve and has a wonderful area for snorkeling and diving. You can swim with the dolphins too. Casa Sante Fe is just a few blocks from the downtown plaza where artisans show their work and the nightlife comes alive. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We had a wonderful time at Casa Santa Fe and will definately stay there again!
