Comments: The Villa is bright, airy and spacious. There are many places to
take a quiet nap and under the palapa on the roof is the best spot, especially
to watch the sunset. The villa is a short walk to Paradise Beach which was
friendly and buzzing with activity - after a morning and lunch on the beach,
we would wander back to the villa for a peaceful afternoon snoozing or playing
checkers. The diving was amazing and the snorkeling was easy to get to,
escpecially with youngsters. The staff at the villa Jenny and Ambrosia, were
really friendly and kept the villa clean and tidy, without intruding. Our
cook, Maria Louisa prepared lovely Mexican dishes for either dinner or lunch
and wonderful breakfasts, always with more food than we could eat. Her
husband made the best guacamole we have ever tasted! We were unlucky with the
weather - two cloudy windy days, two rainy ones but were were able to sight
see and shop and made the best of the cooking and the spaciouness of the
villa. However, when the sun came out it was awesome. The food in the
restaurants we tried was really good too. Pepe's Grill was the best . The
Lobster Thermador at La Veranda was delicious. The fish served at Pancos
Backyard was very good too. We would love to return and enjoy more of the
scuba, lazy afternoons and wonderful food.
