I stayed at the Hotel Bahia last year..The price is right,no frills,great location downtown,very clean,nice little coffee shop/good deserts right across from the Hotel.Im not a diver but I could hear the hear the dive tanks across the street at the pier being loaded in the boats..

I stayed at the Bahia last August..Great location,walking distance for almost everything downtown,pier across the street,thats were I heard them loading the tanks every morning because my room was facing the water.I payed extra for the bigger room.Nice little coffee and desert shop across the street.No frills.....

Have stayed there twice. Inexpensive but clean. Has satellite TV and a small kitchen. Is right downtown, walking distance to all the shops and stores. No pool; nice staff. On both occassions I had a corner room on the second floor which had a balcony and overlooked the ocean. Will be a little noisy at night being right on the main drag.

I have stayed there... it is a very clean property and the staff is very friendly... if you are looking for something with basic accomodations with no ammenities (other than being in the heart of town and right across the street from the dive boat pier) you cant go wrong with this property.
