Comments: We totally loved Bob Marleys. We just had sat down and to our amazement our favorite tropical singer/songwriter Eric Stone www.boatsongs.com was playing over the speakers. We ended up staying for the entire CD and tipped the bartender to play another one of Erics that my husband had in his carry on bag. The place rocks and the people are great. Try the Margaritas you'll love them.  Thanks, Karen

Comments: This spot had been our favorite, the first stop around the island on a scooter.  So I was looking forward to the sounds of reggae and waves.  When we arrived, the sound of Jimmy Buffet ruined our visit.  When we found out that some American had paid the bartender to play the entire CD of JB Live, we knew it would be a long haul; of course money talked.  So we
left fast.  Ended up spending most of our time at Playa Bonita--no music except the ocean, and good food.

A must stop whenever hitting the east side!  The margarita's will take you another level, and I do mean that literally!  We recommend their cheeseburgers, the best we have had.  Nachos hit the spot also.  Can't say enough about the ambience of the place.  Something about the Bob Marley music, waves crashing, water a color of blue that cannot be described, and the staff doing whatever is necessary!  Almost forgot, hit the hammocks and rock away to dreamland.  I guarantee this will become your "happy place" to visit when back home to reality!

Paradise Cafe (Bob Marley's Bar)...What a great stop to make as you travel around the island. Reggae music, ocean breeze, cold beer and a hammock - what more could you ask for? We stopped there for lunch and ended up napping in the hammocks while sipping on ice cold beers.

If you get to the back side of the island, a meal at the Paradise Cafe (Bob Marley Bar) is great.  We enjoy going there after our dives.  The shrimp quesadillas or grilled fish are wonderful choices and they have great margaritas too!

Have fun!

My title is correct, as you have chanced upon one of the multitude of Mexican copyright and trademark infringements.  But don't let that stop you, as it is one of our favorite stops when we do our around the island trips whenever we are on the island.
