Comments: We just returned from 12 nights in cozumel.  We stumbled on to this place which is right on the plaza, next door to Plaza Lisa.   The have all day happy hour (2 for1) as do most of the plaza restaurants.  The food was excellent.  My husband had the beef fajitas, they were the best on the island.  We ended up eating their 3 times during our stay.   I had the stuffed chili and it to was very yummy.   Their salsa is nice and spicey.  Our bill was 1/2 the cost of Plaza Lisa.  Both are good but dollar for dollar I highly recommend Dorado's De Villa.
