We had to overnight in Denver as we flew Allegro. Saw Charles at DIA and visited with him.  We were early so got exit row seats which were great.  We were very impressed with Allegro and will use them again.  The Apple rep met us in airport in Coz and gave us voucher for return cab ride.  This was our 15th time to Coz, but first stay at PLG. We requested and recieved a 5th floor room.  The view was great and the AC worked fine.  The beds were hard, but I like a firm mattress so found it comfortable. The hotel is older, but has been kept up well.  It does show signs of aging, but nothing serious.  The staff was great. We will definitely consider staying there again.

This was our first time diving with Alison.  We like shallow long dives and this worked out well for us.  She had new divers on most trips so she wanted to stay shallow.  She would take the new divers up and return to finish dive with us.  She let us stay down until we were low on air or ready to go up.  The longest dive was 82 minutes and the average was over an hour.  She was great in that if she saw something unusual she would get our attention, but pretty much left us on our own.  She is a fun lady and we thoroughly enjoyed diving with her. Her crew, Carlos and Manuel, are also fun.  Carlos kept us laughing several days during surface intervals.  Our two favorite dives wer Columbia Shallows and Palancar Gardens. I hope my Nikonos was working well as there were  some great subjects.  I haven't had the slides developed yet. We plan on returning in early December and will dive with her again.

My wife and I are not big eaters so most meals were light.  We did enjoy the breakfasts at Rock n Java.  The staff there was great.  If anyone has any questions, feel free to post or email me.

Ken
