TRIP REPORT ! !

Posted by Ken Again on 07/24/02

It started off kinda bad as we spent the first night in Phoenix aiport due to power outage but it only cost us about an hour. BUT man did it get good from there. No hassles at customs except they didn't believe my wife was who she is because no marriage certificate. But he finall let her in after some hassle.
Off to the Presidente'. What a place! Dinner at the Arricefe Rest. AWESOME.
Cruised the island once to see east side but got dark.
Then it was breakfast at Jeanie's AWESOME! Off to get map from Mini Golf Sally, couldn't find her so we went snorkeling at Presiddente' AWESOME! Lunch at Mescalitos, had the shrimp. AWESOME. Went snorkeling at a couple beach clubs but not as good as Presdidente'
We got our Airconditioned sentra from Hertz the price of a bug since he was out. That was really nice as it was 93 and 95% humidity. That humidity is crazy isn't it?
Then dinner at Pancho's backyard. AWESOME.
Then we took the Southern island trip to Punta Sur and beyond. It was pretty cool but the snorkeling down there was no bueno unless you went waaay out I hear.
And then we snorkeled at Chankanaab, pretty nice little park.
The FOOD was really good, everywhere we ate thanks to the recomendations of you all.
All and all the Lord just kinda paved our way and everyone down there is so nice. That was AWESOME.
As you can see, we had an AWESOME trip and are hooked and already planning next trip to ???
Gotta run, but again, thanks to all of your comments, the trip was a huge success and I'm in like flint with the wife Yahoo! Awesome!
Bye
