Shuttle:
Our shuttle service takes you directly from Cancun International
Airport to the Playa Del Carmen Dock where you’ll board our ferry to
Cozumel (includes ferry ticket). Transportation from the pier in Cozumel to
your hotel is not included in this package. Return to the main page for that
package. We’re easy to find with booths inside the international terminal,
many representatives outside and more than 150 new vehicles.
Shuttle transportation from the airport to Playa del Carmen
dock takes approximately 1 hour followed by Ferry service to Cozumel taking
approximately 45 minutes.
Ferry departure times from Playa Del Carmen:
06:00, 08:00, 09:00, 11:00, 13:00 14:00, 15:00, 1600, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00,
20:00, 21:00 and 23:00
Ferry departure times from Cozumel: 5:00, 7:00,
8:00, 9:00, 10:00 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00,
20:00 and 22:00

If you book round-trip transportation on the way back from Cozumel,
you must enter the time you’d like to be picked up at Playa Del Carmen
after taking the ferry. Remember to add 45 minutes to your departure time
from Cozumel. Pick up at Playa del Carmen at your selected time will be in
front of the dockside Sr. Frogs.
